Volunteer Anti-Banderite Patrols sweep Poland

February 11, 2017 – Fort Russ News –
By J. Arnoldski –
Since the Maidan coup d’etat in February 2014, the launch of Kiev’s war on Donbass,  and the ensuing collapse of the Ukrianian economy, nearly two million Ukrainians have immigrated to Poland.
The massive influx of Ukrainians has been accompanied by a growing number of scandals and provocations involving Ukrainian migrants professing neo-Banderite views.
At the March of Ukrainians in Przemysl, Poland on June 26th, 2016, Banderites confronted counter-protesting Poles with the chant: « Poland has not yet perished yet, but it has to! » (a distortion of the Polish anthem’s line « Poland has not perished yet »). In another telling instance, the infamous Ukrainian neo-Banderite leader, Dmitry Yarosh, promised Poles « a second Katyn massacre » while his paramilitary gangs were being armed, trained, and funded by Polish security services on Polish territory. In August, the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance announced its organizing of tours of « ethnic Ukrainian lands belonging to Poland, » thus threatening to spread Ukrainian neo-Nazi networks to Poland.
For Poles, this is no laughing matter. During the Second World War, Stepan Bandera’s Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists and Ukrainian Insurgent Army murdered hundreds of thousands of Poles in what is today Western Ukraine. This was finally recognized by Poland’s parliament as genocide only in July 2016 despite Kiev’s feverish opposition. Nevertheless, Bandera flags are still brandished freely by Ukrainians in Poland at sports matches, for example:
While the Polish state continues to support the Kiev junta, Polish activists have taken matters into their own hands. The first major action took place in August 2015, when Polish activists organized armed anti-Banderite patrols on the Poland-Ukraine border. Now, in February 2017, the Volunteer Anti-Banderite Patrols movement has appeared on the scene.
Volunteer Anti-Banderite Patrols, or OPA, is dedicated to removing Banderite insignia from Polish territory and confronting open Banderites. The movement’s website reads:
Voluntary Anti-Banderite Patrols are a grassroots, Polish civil initiative acting on the principles of a social movement.
OPA’s goal is actively discouraging the criminal ideology of Banderism whose origins lie in the genocidal practices of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists and Ukrainian Insurgent Army.
OPA engages in legal activities to realize its goals, not excluding the use of civilian arrests of persons promoting Banderism on the territory of the Republic of Poland with the aim of handing them over to state services and confiscating offensive items specified in Criminal Code Article 256, especially OUN-UIA symbols.
The Voluntary Anti-Banderite Patrols initiative is open to all people and groups seeking to implement the goals laid out in point two.
OPA does not promote or support hatred or aggression towards people of Ukrainian origin who do not agree with their state’s highjacking by neo-Banderite groups. Citizens of Ukraine with anti-Banderite views are encouraged to actively engage in OPA’s initiative.
The group’s page also features instructions on how to get involved:
Have you noticed Banderite symbols or people promoting this criminal ideology?
FIRST: Get to work! Remove the red-and-black colors from Polish streets and “interview” the Banderite in front of a camera. Whether we can effectively confront the flood of Banderism depends on YOU.
SECOND: Inform us! Send your videos and photos to us ( We guarantee full anonymity and do not disclose our sources.
THIRD: Distribute! Get involved int he distribution of information and recruit friends to action. We plan to develop our initiatives. We work mainly in “real life,” but the internet is our tool for disseminating information.
According to one of the movement’s activists who wished to remain anonymous, OPA finally took shape after the number of confrontations between Poles and Banderite immigrants began to rise sharply. When asked just how many « actions » have taken place, the source said: “Dozens over the past year and a half. We are talking about more or less direct confrontations with Ukrainian nationalists in Poland. Around 30, I would estimate…”
Examples of such actions can be found on OPA’s Facebook page. On February 3rd, OPA patrols confiscated an Azov battalion flag and Banderite insignia from a Ukrainian student.
OPA boasted on its Facebook: “We learned of the case of a teenage sympathizer of Banderism studying in Poland on Polish taxpayers’ money….We did not find the suspect, but his roommate willingly opened the door for us, so we went straight for the Banderite flag and badge of the neo-Banderite Azov battalion hung above his bed….Our proposition for him was simple: either help identify other UPA supporters, or leave Poland – we’ll pay the ticket to Kiev.”
On February 8th, OPA activists confiscated a Banderite-colored jacket from a Ukrainian yelling « glory to the heroes » in the center of Warsaw.
When asked whether OPA’s actions are resultant of the Polish state’s support for neo-Banderism in Ukraine, Fort Russ’ source replied: « Absolutely, yes. There are millions of Ukrainians in Poland, a significant portion of whom have Banderite views. This is the aftermath of the Euromaidan which was partially the work of our ‘elites.’ Polish security services do not at all take seriously the issue of a nascent Ukrainian nationalist underground in Poland.”
The source concluded: « We want this movement to have the most painful and difficult birth pains as possible. »
As Ukrainian immigration to Poland continues to assume a massive scale and the Polish state persists in avoiding to address the problem of neo-Banderism, initiatives like Volunteer Anti-Banderite Patrols are likely to grow, as are Polish-Ukrainian tensions in general.

Basurin: Donetsk has « caught on to the trail » of Givi killers

The authorities of the Donetsk People’s Republic have “caught on to the trail” of the alleged killers of Somali battalion commander Mikhail Tolstykh, a.k.a. Givi, the deputy commander of the DPR, Edaurd Basurin, has announced.
Givi was killed on February 8th in the outskirts of Donetsk. The DPR called the assassination “a continuation of the terrorist war launched by the Kiev government against the people of Donbass.” The investigation is currently reviewing several versions of the attack, including the use of a Shmel flamethrower and/or explosive device.
“We have already caught on to the trail of the criminals and hereby declare that each of them will be deservedly punished,” Basurin told journalists.
Basurin also stated that the media allegations that a Somali battalion volunteer by the name of Igor Myltsev was involved in Tolstykh’s murder is another propagandistic ploy by Ukrainian intelligence.
“We have already proven that the page of Myltsev, allegedly a servicemen in the Somali battalion, was long ago hacked by Ukrainian security services…But the most important in all of this is that the SBU has played this information ploy in order to divert suspicion as to its innocence in this terrorist attack,” Basurin explained.
Somali battalion representatives have also stated that their lists never included a fighter named Igor Myltsev, and the law enforcement organs of the republic have denied any involvement of the militias in Givi’s assassination.

Lexus and Vovan did have multiple officially confirmed pranks before, i.e. negotiating with Poroshenko as « President of Kyrgizstan » , negotiating with President of Belarus as « son of Yanukovich », with Elton John as « representative of Vladimir Putin », etc. etc.

Discussion of prank:

Actual « negotiations » with Secretary General Stoltenberg:

Discussion of older prank negotiations with US Gen. NcNeely (explains technology of setting up pranks), plus actual recording:

PS. The authenticity of this latest prank has been confirmed via voice analysis (performed for LifeNews by the head of forensics division of the Russian Federation Anti-corruption Committee), although as a « NATO secret » it likely won’t be acknowledged officially.

PPS. Multiple Russian and Ukrainian officials were also fooled by Lexus and Vovan, including head of Russia’s Central Election Commission, the Minister of Sports Mutko, « Adorable Crimean Prosecutor » AKA Natalia Poklonskaya, « Great Boxer Turned Crappy Mayor » AKA Vitaly Klichko, « Tie Eater » AKA fugitive Georgian president Mihail Saakashvili, not to mention dozens of celebrities and athletes, mostly Russian.
Not officially confirmed but likely real prank was also played on Turkish President Recep Erdogan.

10 years later, Putin’s ‘Munich Warning’ has proved frighteningly true

Posted: 10 Feb 2017 02:45 PM PST

February 10, 2017 – Fort Russ –
Viktor Marakhovsky, RT – translated by J. Arnoldski –
Esteemed readers!
Today marks the tenth anniversary of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin’s speech in Munich, which is now considered to have been a turning point in Russia’s foreign policy. Meanwhile, it is also a most rare case in global politics of a comprehensive forecast which came true.
The full speech still deserves attention. Let us recall its main postulates.
1. The unipolar world was not seen through. No matter how this term is dressed up, it ultimately means only one thing in practice: one center of power, one center of force, one center of decision-making. This is a world with one master, one sovereign. At the end of the day, it is destructive not only for those who fall within this system, but for the sovereign itself, because this system destroys it from within.
2. Everything that is happening in the world is the consequence of attempts to enforce the concept of a unipolar world. And what is the result? Unilateral and frequently illegitimate actions have not solved a single problem. Moreover, they have generated new human tragedies and hotbeds of tension.
3. The dominance of force inevitably encourages a number of countries to acquire weapons of mass destruction. Fundamentally new threats such as terrorism have appeared which were known earlier, but have now acquired a global character.
4. We have reached a decisive moment in which we must seriously think over the entire architecture of global security. We must start by searching for a reasonable balance between the interests of all subjects of international relations.
5. The international landscape is quickly changing due to the dynamic development of a number of states and regions. The total GDP of India and China in terms of purchasing power parity is already larger than that of the United States of America (and this was back in 2007, let us remember). The similarly calculated GDP of such BRICS countries as Brazil, Russia, India, and China surpasses the cumulative GDP of the European Union. According to expert assessments, this gap will only increase in the foreseeable future.
6. The UN Charter alone can be the only mechanism for deciding on the use of military force as a last resort. The UN should not be confused with NATO or the EU. Otherwise, the situation could come to a standstill and only multiply a number of formidable mistakes.
7. On the one hand, financial resources are indeed allocated for programs assisting the poorest countries, but this is often for the prerogative of the corporations of the donor countries themselves. Thus, on the other hand, the poorer countries’ economic backwardness is preserved. The ensuing social tension in such depressed regions inevitably results in the growth of radicalism, extremism, and fuels terrorism and local conflicts. If this all happens in, for example, the Middle East – on top of already heightened perceptions of the external world as unjust – then the risk of global destabilization arises.
Based on this description of the world and its future, the President of Russia told the international community: our country will pursue an independent foreign policy, and it would like to deal with just as independent partners.
Briefly reviewing the Munich speech’s postulates, we can now state 10 years later:
Yes, the unipolar world was not realized. The country which believed itself to be the overlord and master was also one of the first to feel that all of this was destroying it from within, and this country has now announced its intention to reset the balance by man-handling the partners already glued to it. And now it is building a wall on its southern border, imposing protectionist tariffs on imports, and changing immigration policy from “open doors for all” to “open doors for persecuted Christians.”
Yes, none of these hotbeds of tension have been eliminated. Moreover, new ones have emerged. Several other countries have been ruined and semi-destroyed.
Yes, terrorism has transformed into a global force and created its own global quasi-state ruling territories on two continents. Its emissaries shoot, blow up, and run over with trucks once carefree Europeans in their own coastal cities and Christmas markets.
Yes, the GDP of the BRICS countries, despite the crisis in Russia, Brazil, and the “Chinese slowdown,” is almost on par with the GDP of the Big 7. Given the differences in growth rates, it will surely pass such.
The gap between poor and rich countries has widened just as the gap between rich and poor people has increased.
In the end, the world is stuck at the same dead end that the Russian president warned about – because the Munich speech was, frankly speaking, not listened to by those to whom it was addressed.
Or, rather, they heard it, but only through the filter of the unipolar ideology against whose devastating effects Putin warned. The only thing that the rulers of the only pole cared to understand was that one of the countries subject to liberal democratization was breaking away and declaring some kind of independent policy. They reacted accordingly: instructors and arms flowed into Georgia, and the flow of “cookies” to Ukraine was intensified. This led to well-known results.
Next came the Arab and other “springs” in Libya, Yemen, and Syria. Then came the great refugee invasion of Europe. Then came Paris, Brussels, Nice, Berlin, Orlando, and San Bernardino. Then came the collapse of Ukraine and Brexit. Now we have the “strange presidency” of the current American leader who for already a month has torpedoed the American elite itself on all fronts.
In other words, precisely what the Russian leader warned about has come true. Unfortunately, precisely what he warned to not allow, has happened.
The most enlightening (and sad) part is that back then, 10 years ago, Putin offered a prescription for all of this. He proposed abandoning the unipolar ideology in favor of “searching for a reasonable balance between the interests of all subjects of international relations.”
And only now, with wild screeching, the relapse of “liberal messianism,” and difficulty in finding words and expressions, are Western leaders beginning to realize the inevitability of multipolarity.
It cannot be said that they are happy, since the independence that their Russian counterpart called for ten years ago is a heavy burden for most of them. Despite a whole quarter century of the “end of history and global Fukuyama,” the majority of leaders of the free world are simply unaccustomed to freedom and the responsibility inevitably accompanying it.
And yet they are so reluctant to recognize the reality of the Russian president’s predictions because this awareness would lead to another recognition, namely, that the problems tied to the dismantling of the unfinished “global empire” are just beginning.
The majority of these problems still lie ahead.
